Chatswood Metro Towers

PROJECT SUMMARY

An-Co provided access solutions for the remediation works at Chatswood Metro Towers, working alongside RM Watson to support the replacement of combustible cladding as part of the Government remediation program. The scope comprised seven mast climber units with 15-metre tie spacings, utilising An-Co's Scanclimber equipment.

OVERVIEW

All works were completed within a live operational environment with ongoing train operations adjacent to the site. Delivery required detailed planning and strict safety controls throughout, with the Scanclimber system providing safe and efficient facade access while maintaining minimal impact on the existing structure.

OUTCOME

An-Co successfully delivered complex access solutions safely and efficiently in a high-risk and heavily constrained environment. The project demonstrated An-Co's capability in combining in-house access expertise with specialist mast climbing equipment to meet the demands of a technically challenging and time-sensitive remediation program.
